We get our suet from a local butcher we know and trust, where animals are hand slaughtered the Zabiha Halal way, with care and respect. We render it ourselves, at home, slowly and in small amounts. It is never bleached, deodorized or chemically processed. Our olive oil comes from fresh Italian olives.
