**Refund \& Returns**
Thank you for choosing Hikma Botanicals. Because our products are handmade in small batches and
are natural personal-care items, your trust means everything to us — and so does safety and hygiene.
**Our promise.** If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Email us at nrmammadli@gmail.com within **14 days** of delivery with your order number and a
photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
**Returns of unopened items.** Unopened, unused products in their original condition may be returned
within **14 days** of delivery for a refund of the product price. Please email us first to start a
return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
**For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of:**
* Opened or used soaps, creams, oils, deodorant, or incense
* Items that have been unsealed (for personal-care safety)
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
**Refunds.** Once we receive and inspect a returned item (or approve a damaged/incorrect claim), we'll
issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges
are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
