Shipping policy

**Shipping**

Every Hikma Botanicals order is packed by hand with care.

**Processing time.** Because our products are made in small batches, please allow **2–4 business
days** for us to prepare and pack your order before it ships. We'll email you a confirmation when
it's on its way.

**Shipping method & time.** We currently ship within the **United States** via USPS. Once shipped,
orders typically arrive in **3–7 business days**, depending on your location.

**Shipping rates.** A flat rate of **$5.95** (Standard) or **$15.00** (Express) applies to US
orders — choose your preferred speed at checkout.

**Local pickup.** Order online and collect from us in person at one of our markets or events — select
**Local Pickup** at checkout for no shipping charge. We'll email you when your order is ready and
where to find us.

**A note on natural products.** Our soaps, creams, oils, and deodorant are made from natural
ingredients (including tallow- and oil-based formulas) and can be sensitive to heat. We pack with
care, but please bring your order indoors promptly after delivery, especially in warm weather.

**Lost or damaged in transit?** Email us at nrmammadli@gmail.com with your order number and a
photo within 14 days and we'll make it right.

**International shipping** is not available at this time — but we're a growing family business, so
check back with us soon.
