Shipping policy

Every Hikma Botanicals order is packed by hand with care.

Processing time. Because our products are made in small batches, please allow 2–4 business days for us to prepare and pack your order before it ships. We'll email you a confirmation when it's on its way.

Shipping method & time. We currently ship within the United States via USPS. Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping rates. A flat rate of $5.95 (Standard) or $15.00 (Express) applies to US orders — choose your preferred speed at checkout.

Local pickup. Order online and collect from us in person at one of our markets or events — select Local Pickup at checkout for no shipping charge. We'll email you when your order is ready and where to find us.

A note on natural products. Our soaps, creams, oils, and deodorant are made from natural ingredients (including tallow- and oil-based formulas) and can be sensitive to heat. We pack with care, but please bring your order indoors promptly after delivery, especially in warm weather.

Lost or damaged in transit? Email us at nrmammadli@gmail.com with your order number and a photo within 14 days and we'll make it right.

International shipping is not available at this time — but we're a growing family business, so check back with us soon.
